Sometimes, there is an unnecessary page at the center of the Google documents or the end of complete documents. A need can arise to delete an entire page or make changes to the page. For this purpose, various methods are widely used to delete unwanted pages or contents. Let’s explore all the methods on how to delete a page in Google Docs.
Method: 1
Delete the page by selecting the whole contents
The page on Google Documents can be deleted by selecting the unnecessary content. To approach this method, wisely follow given steps;
Step: 1
The first step is to select the page you want to delete.
Step: 2
Now, press a shortcut key Ctrl+A to select the entire text or press the Right-click and tap Select All.

And then, press the Delete or Backspace button on the keyboard. The whole of the page will be disappear

Delete the page by selecting the margin lines
It can be deleted by changing the margins lines on the Google documents. When margin lines compress or relax, it sends words on the blank page or removes (withdraws) words from the page respectively.
Step: 1
On the top left of the page, there is an option for File, click on it

The option will appear on the screen, one of the options at the bottom is Page setup, click on it

After clicking on the page set up, there is a detailed page of margins given for left, right, top, and bottom along with the values that will be set already.

If you want to send words on the extra page or withdraw it, then select the values accordingly

Click on the Set as Default option and then OK.
After selecting this method, the extra page will be removed from the Google documents

Delete the page by changing the custom spacing
Sometimes, at the end of each paragraph, a space is set automatically and it cannot be deleted through the delete or back option. It can only be removed by changing the custom spacing set up at the google documents. The method along with steps is given in the following:
Step: 1
Select the last paragraph on the Google documents or the whole content by pressing ctrl+A

Step: 2
At the upper left of the page of Google Documents, there is an option for Format, click on it
Step: 3
The format opens various options containing Line & Paragraph spacing, click on it and then on the Custom spacing

Step: 4
Custom space open values for Line Spacing and Paragraph Spacing. Set line spacing 1 and paragraph spacing 0 for both before and after

The extra space will be removed and the black page will also.
